In order to maximize the new custom billing system that Carecloud was implementing, they required a custom quoting tool that would empower their SalesĀ Ops team with easily manageable products, layouts & pricing. Revivo worked hand in hand with Sales Ops & Finance to create a smooth quoting UI backed by a scalable custom object structure.

The CPQ system seamlesly integration with Carecloud’s current Sales & Opportunity flow, as well as Netsuite, their newly implemented billing system. With end-to-end coverage from the quoting process all the way down to invoicing & usage, this customization gave Carecloud a deeper insight into it’s sales metrics.

A Captivating Lightning-Compatible CPQ Wizard Backed by a Configurable Custom Object Structure

With this customization in place, Carecloud’s sales user found an efficient & manageable way to create their customer quotes. The CPQ pages were driven off of custom objects & products defined by the Sales Ops team. With default pricing & approval processes, this allowed the sales user walk through the quoting process with ease- no longer needing to do the complex logic behind Carecloud’s pricing structure.
