Carecloud used Salesforce to hold customer information, subscriptions, and products. However, key usage metrics which tie into their billing were only held on their platform. Revivo utilized SFDC REST endpoints and worked hand in hand with SFDC support in order to reach an efficient solution which would bring Carecloud’s usage data into Salesforce. Revivo was able to streamline the process in order to fall within SFDC’s daily API limitations, as well as minimize data storage. With a multi-layered object structure, Carecloud employees found themselves able to easily check customer usage information and future invoice estimates via objects connected at the Account level.
